In my decades of experience in the field of Elder Law, Estate Planning, Medicaid, Trusts, and the many other names and categories it goes by, the single most important "qualification" is the ability to listen to you and understand what your desires and concerns are. Without a clear understanding of you, your goals, your family, your business, you can't get the personally crafted tools that will help you achieve your goals. To that end, it is the time spent in consultation, listening to my client that is so important. I want to make sure that I understand your family dynamics, and assist you in creating a highly personal plan so that your plans are fulfilled. Thinking 'outside the box' is a part of this process to achieve maximum benefits.
